11 days Argentina

now I'm back from my Argentina trip again and am now once traditional in bed. 11 days duration program with 4 nights on the bus simply hose. But it was still an absolutely brilliant trip! Time, first things first:

I set off with a night bus from Santiago (Chile) and Mendoza (Argentina) and could guess at the full moon the Andes. At approximately 2 clock at night and we were allowed to -5 ° 1h (perceived 4h) queue at passport stamps. Even here, I noticed the material consumption of the Argentines. Of the four border guards were 3 on Mate drinking and has used a very cozy. In Mendoza, I met up with my French roommates and have a bike tour of 'bikes and wines "made. On this day we covered about 30km bike and visited countless encouraging wineries. :)
On the second day we drove to the regeneration of a nearby spa and have recovered for the upcoming bus trips before the evening well after overnight Buenos Aires (15h) decreased.
In BsAs I am then hiked all day through the city and had a look at all the interesting places and streets, including the legendary cemetery in the Recoleta district, and of course the obelisk. I went there quite by chance in a demonstration of "solidarity with the Bolivian people and the Bolivian government" into it. There I was then also a Leiberl any organization turned on and I was there live. Fortunately, I had gone quite early for me to meet my couch surfer Gabriel, because the police had been using water cannons and tear gas on its way!

With Gabriel I'm in the evening a small town turned round, unfortunately I had the bad luck that he is a vegetarian and I have therefore I clearly benefited too little of the beef capital. On the second day in BsAs I first had to organize my journey and have summarily booked a flight to the Cataratas de Igauazú to stay there to even meet my parents. Afternoon, I rode the train (!) In the nearby Tigre to me the huge river delta of the Río Paraná to see which flows into the Río de la Plata. The next day I Gabriel accompanied to the airport, which was my first and probably last time I was able to walk from the apartment door to the airport on foot. The airport is the Rio de la Plata, the river that separates Argentina and Uruguay. To my mind there is no river but already more sea, because he is simply gigantic.

In Foz do Iguaçu on the Brazilian side of the falls I've then taken after 2 months my parents! Especially the fact that it was a very short meeting planned, it was all the better! In the evening we walked through the town and the next day, we have the mighty waterfall "Cataratas de Iguazú" looked at. Unbelievable how far they extend over a distance of one kilometer. It is of the country virtually impossible to make a photo of the Gesamtkunstwerk.
Although I therefore briefly was in Brazil I got, unfortunately, no Brazilian stamp in the passport. Then run to the border a lot of "day-tourists" is optional and he was not even worth me to make it for an hour.

From Iguazú I am then to Santo Tome (near Santa Fe), Argentina went to Jose and his family to visit. For those who do not know, Jose has until Jan.08 Feb.07 of stayed with us in Grafing! I was warmly received as expected and we have made a lot of the 4 days. So we drove one afternoon to Rosario and one by Paraná. Paraná is located in Santa Fe only on the other side of the Paraná River. However, that is 28km wide ...
This weekend was my good fortune Sans spring fishing and day of the students, therefore it was not hard all night to celebrate. These days I am mate become addicted, bought my own material and the corresponding cup herb ...
The worst part of my trip was the 24 bus "home." As the bus driver apparently worse computer than me, who know only 1 or 0, I have frozen the day in the sunshine thanks to the air conditioning despite winter jacket and Night at the T-shirt! sweat, because you must Heitz course of the night. The first half went by relatively once because I slept a lot, but then the second 12 hours were a pain at the border we had to queue this time approximately 2 hours and, moreover, was the time back by one hour resulting in the perceived travel time is extended again.

Now I have had enough of bus travel next weekend and will definitely stay in Santiago ... In addition, I have a cold and feel absolutely worn out. Yesterday and today I am actually located in bed. With difficulty I attended a lecture shop, was sorted out and have photos uploaded and written this post.
Saludos de Chile!
